Senior Frontend Web Developer

Does your heart beat for movies? Great! A modern film production made without Yamdu is unthinkable! And it is your job to increase the value proposition of our app and make this vision come true. Yamdu is an innovative Software-as-a-Service solution for production management in the entertainment business. Thanks to our ambitious growth plan, we are looking for a new developer to help strengthen our team. Together with your new colleagues from engineering, our product manager, and our CTO, you will have fun enhancing the broad feature set of our successful B2B platform built to solve existing issues in media production workflows around the world.

How you will make an impact

• You will extend Yamdu’s existing frontend according to existing design principles.
• You will migrate an existing SPA based on JQuery to React.js
• You will see a project through its entire life cycle - including hands-on feedback from filmmakers all over the world.
• You think about meeting both technical and consumer needs.

Your qualifications

• Sc. in Computer Science, or have significant experience in software development.
• You have expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript.
• You have at least 3 years experience with React.js.
• You aspire towards clean code and scalable software architecture.
• You have no problems implementing a given design with clean CSS.
• You can communicate in English with our international team.
• You are aware of, and up-to-date with current developments in web technology.
• You are motivated and ready to approach unknown topics.
• You are autonomous.
• You think frankness, reliability, and commitment are important.
