If you are self-directed, adaptable, and able to employ our ambitious growth plans to boost our enterprise business in the sales team, we want to hear from you! In this new Head of Sales position, you will play a vital role in supporting your colleagues from engineering and marketing. And you will lead our existing sales team into reshaping the sales pipeline and enhance traction of our successful B2B platform built to solve existing issues in media production workflows.
Your Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales (ideally in SaaS and/or selling “workflows”).
- A comprehensive understanding of a SaaS sales funnel and know what retention means to overall revenues.
- Prior experience in leading a team.
- You know how to close an enterprise deal.
- Familiar with reviewing and optimizing sales enablement processes for the entire team.
- Proficient in the English language with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience interpreting sales KPIs.
- Not afraid of working in a young company.
- Able to work autonomously.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Be our “difference-maker” by reshaping and scaling the entire sales process from Sales Development to Sales to Customer Success.
- Enhance our value-based, multi-persona enterprise sales strategy for media production companies of all sizes.
- Help us make the most of our CRM (Pipedrive) and the sales process.
- Oversee an international, ambitious sales team that’s ready to grow.
- You will get in touch with (enterprise / SMB) prospects demonstrating the benefits of a new cloud-based workflow.
- Work closely together with our Chief Growth Officer – and gain insights into the tracking and analysis of the self-service funnel of the application.
- You own the sales forecast.
- Develop inspiring incentive programs together with our CGO and CEO.
