What types of permissions can I give to a user?

There are four different types of permissions for a user under Crew -> Users.

Files & Documents permissions (green): Here you can set the permissions for the objects and rooms in the Files & Documents section. You can set the permission to write (pencil), read (eye) or none (lock). With write permissions the user is able to add files and edit things. With read permission the user can see and comment the objects but he can not edit them. With no permission the user is not able to access the object.

Sensitive information permissions (blue): Here you can set three different permissions: Is the user able to see the eating habits from other users and actors and is the user able to see sensitive information (contact information) of actors and extra.

Section permissions (red): Here you can set up the permissions for each section in your project. You can set the permission to write (pencil), read (eye) or none (lock). With write permissions the user is able to add files and edit things. With read permission the user can see and comment the objects of the section but he can not edit them. With no permission the user can not even see this section.

Webgate permissions (yellow): Here you can edit the access permissions for your ARRI Webgate project if you have linked one to your Yamdu project.
